Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Lina & Lune currently ships within the United States. 

Standard Shipping: $8.00

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing

FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more

Express Shipping: $15.00

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@linaandlune.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

At this time, Lina & Lune ships within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
